How to design a summer house with flats to rent in a typical dalmatian suburban setting?

How to simulate dalmatian lifestyle – living outdoors – on a small site surrounded by holiday homes on steroids?

Appartments of various sizes are stacked verticaly on 3 horizontal slabs. Primary living areas with their adjacent „serving“ boxes  are placed indepedently on slabs,  thus creating „in between“ outdoor space. All appartments have separate entrances and large outdoor private areas (terrace, loggia, roof terrace).

Gradation from public to semi-private and semi private to private open space has been achieved as a result of a vertical interpretation of suburban / holiday utopia, enabling an ultra simulation of a typical mediteranean neighbourhood ambient and lifestyle.
